We are a service with 25 years’ experience in Health and Social Care, with twenty of these in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. With our diverse team, we have seen the changes that have had to be made in Healthcare and the importance of reducing hospital admissions and using a more holistic approach to those in the community. Delivering the highest possible standards of care, our dedicated teams always ensure independence and quality of life are put first. All our care packages are bespoke and tailor-made, because we believe that care should be as individual as the people receiving it. The support we provide our customers is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We offer premium forward-thinking Community Supported Living and Community Care, designed to incorporate a person-centred approach to Community Care. We aim to develop a company which is dedicated to the individual’s needs and wishes and which advocates good quality care within the industry, all over Essex and London.
Securecare UK
We believe in the importance of integrated community healthcare, and we see how many individuals are in hospitals and emergency units due to placement breakdowns, and the difficulties and concerns of living in the community. With this in mind, we are developing accommodation with Local Landlords Essex and London to include both single and shared placements to support the ever-increasing housing issues of Care and support and complex Care in the Community.

We understand the demands for beds in the NHS and the need for support from the community to help individuals to be able to learn life skills. With the support of staff with diverse backgrounds, ranging from specialist to lived experience, they can gain the confidence to live in the community, reducing the number of broken placements and the shortage of beds in the units, which has become a challenge for those trying to support all those in need of care and support.

We believe in the importance of a safe environment that is holistic and works for the individual’s needs. We deliver care and support for adults from 18+ adult to the elderly in Therapeutic Supported Living for individuals with learning difficulties and mental health issues. We believe that we are always learning and developing and therefore, over the past ten years, we have seen the importance of Community Care, and of understanding our own learning culture in what we do.

We strive to be the leading company in showing the importance of the quality of the work we deliver for the individuals we care for and support in an ever-changing environment.
With the world as it is now, we do not always live in the same place, and we evolve over time. The importance of this is recognised in our Step-Down projects where we believe that individuals can leave units and hospitals earlier, and instead come into Step-Downs where they can have up to two years of support, enabling them to be more independent and able to move on when they have the confidence to do so.
We also believe in the importance of an ever-changing and evolving healthcare system that has up-to-date systems and technology in the work we are delivering.

We believe in the importance of supporting and caring for the individual in the community with a holistic approach, and through listening to the needs and wishes of the individual, and helping to create a pathway of their own choosing. We are dedicated to supporting individuals to be as independent as possible and to stay in the community as we believe in the importance of Community Care. We want to show how valuable it is to have a diverse team and we work hard in changing the stigma around Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
