For all levels of care, Securecare can offer a wide range of services and specialized experts. In order to best serve our service users’ requirements, we offer high-quality, individualized care in the community. How does Securecare UK Homecare differ from other companies? Our aim to think about service users first and so we will always prioritize your care first  .All our goals converge at one point; to secure the provision of quality care. We support independent living and work to make sure that our customers are at ease in their own homes.

With care packages in the community for both adults and children, we assist CCGs, local governments, and case management firms across the UK.

What We Provide

  • Supported living for individuals with complex needs in their own home or in a shared home.
  • Step-Down for those that can come out of hospital early but still need support which can be reduced over time.
  • Crisis pads where we will support local authorities and hospitals in reduction of beds. Individuals will be able to come into a safe and holistic environment for between a week and three months whilst having suitable accommodation arranged.
  • Live-in support.
  • Community support.

Personal Care

  • Assistance with washing, bathing and showering.
  • Assistance with toileting.
  • Assistance with dressing and undressing, getting up and going to bed.
  • Care of skin, hair, teeth and nails, where appropriate.

Social Care

    • Listening and talking to people is regarded as an important part of delivering care.
    • Assistance with planning meals and shopping.
    • Assistance with paying bills, pension collection etc.
    • Participating in fun activities – watching films, playing card games etc.
    • Assistance in going out in the community.
    • Assistance in going on holiday, or respite at home in the UK or abroad.
    • Self-regulation techniques
    • Assisting in finding work in the community and or education

Domestic Care

  • Assistance with cleaning and housework
  • Assistance with laundry and ironing
  • Assistance with life skills

Provision of Meals and Dietary Care

  • Food preparation assistance
  • Assistance with feeding

Medication and Health

  • Assistance in ordering and taking medication.
  • Assisting to appointments.

Person-Centred Care Plans and Risk Assessments

    • We believe in the importance of supporting the individual with a person-centred care plan and a risk assessment that is tailored to their needs and wishes. This also can be developed into an easy-read adapted to their own understanding, or picture-and-video care plans, depending on the individual’s needs.
    • We make sure the individual chooses who is involved in creating the person-centred care plan and risk assessment
